Some things don't survive the transition to video. Watching someone else work is not the same as working, and the gap between "I understand that" and "I can do that" almost always closes in a room with other people, not alone in front of a screen at 11pm.
How they run
Small rooms on purpose. Everyone brings something real they're working on — a business that needs a site, a brand that needs direction, a project that's been stuck for months. We work on those, not on a hypothetical exercise nobody cares about.
You leave with the thing made, not with notes about making it.
That's the whole bar. If you walk out with a page of notes and good intentions, we ran it wrong.
Who shows up
Creators, small business owners, and people considering the jump. Mixed rooms work better than segmented ones — a barber and a photographer solving adjacent problems learn more from each other than either learns from a slide.
We're a Savannah company and these are Savannah rooms. Local matters here: the businesses in the room usually know each other, or should.
Dates, venue, and seat count go out to the list first. Rooms are small, so they fill from the list before they're posted publicly.
